What we Service: Pinball machines. Almost any era, or manufacturer. Electro-mechanical to solid state, doesn't matter. We can service Gottlieb, Williams, Bally, Game Plan, Data East, Stern, and Jersey Jack games. We also do puck and ball bowlers. We do NOT service bingo's, juke boxes, or video games.
We usually start with an initial visit that takes the form of an exam and survey of the machine. Based on the customers description in the initial contact, we'll bring what we think is needed. In many cases there is more going on than the owner realizes with a game, and we may not have everything we need on the first visit.
Once we see what's going on, we'll tell you what needs to be done, and give an estimated cost. Simple repairs can be done on site. More involved repairs may require the game to come to our shop for repair. We will handle transportation and return.
Depending on needs, parts may have to be ordered. If that's the case, then we will order them, and schedule a return visit when they come in.
Costs: An initial visit to assess the machine is $35.00. If you choose not to go with us, then its free. After that, its a function of time and materials. Examples of costs: A complete shop job is $150 labor charge, plus the cost of parts. Circuit board repairs depend on diagnostic time, but usually run $30 plus costs of parts. Costs are very dependant on individual game and circumstances.
